Kids are natural grapplers, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu guides those instincts to their full potential. Sensei Eric is great with kids, patient, safe and light-hearted.
Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:45PM and Saturdays at 10:30AM. Come grow with us!
Eric Gardiner
Sensei Eric Gardiner is a Second Degree Black Belt in the Carlson Gracie System with over eighteen years of training and teaching experience. Sensei Gardiner is the owner of Rule 4 BJJ and is widely respected throughout Southern Maine for his resilience, patience, skill and love for both training and teaching.
