Monthly Women’s Self-Defense Seminar

First Wednesday of each month, 6:15-7:45PM
Self-Defense is about awareness and attitude. This introduction teaches essential skills and will create a lasting and positive change in each participant. We will cover:
  • Creating awareness
  • Trusting our intuition
  • Physical Responses
  • Prevention and Planning

Speaking candidly, there is no easy answer when it comes to self-defense, and no quick fix. Truly being safe, prepared and confident is the work of a lifetime. That being said, even a few basics can make a huge and lasting impact. We look forward to training and growing together.
